My pup needs this for a swollen elbow, but it isn't very durable. It developed a worn spot after a couple weeks and today it ripped. Once a piece was hanging down, my dog started playing with it and now it's torn to shreds. I have no choice but to get a new one, but not pleased I have to get a second one.

I’ve read some bad reviews on this but wanted to say that ours has been awesome. Quality has been great and has really worked to keep an open wound on my pup’s elbow protected. Easy to put on and has some good stretch to keep him comfortable. Would highly recommend!

I purchased one of these for each of my dog's front elbows. The vet has drained them twice and each time they fill up with fluid. These protectors appear to do nothing but drain our wallets. Not impressed, and not recommended.

Dog Double Elbow Brace

This thing has been a godsend!!! Our husky had a mass removed two months ago and she will not leave the incision alone long enough to heal. The cone wasn’t working long term because she kept bumping into things. Then we tried the dog pillow/donut that goes around her neck. That worked for awhile (she would occasionally slip it off and lick the wound open) but we were worried it was pressing against her throat constantly when she was sleeping (she started snoring loudly). We needed an actual solution... so I thought I wonder if they make a dog sleeve? Sure enough!!! This is EXACTLY what she needed!!! She was soooo excited to take the neck pillow off and wear this sleeve instead! I am hopeful her incision will actually heal now! It’s been about a week of her wearing it, and besides it stretching out a bit, nothing has changed. We just tightened it one notch. I will say when I measured her she was right between a medium and a large, I went with a medium based off of other reviews that said it stretched out (they were right!). I definitely plan on washing it soon, but if anything I’ll dry it on the delicate cycle (if at all). It looks like it would shrink in the dryer.

Dog Double Leg Brace

Vet said my pittie tore her CCL, & she was limping for a while & not wanting to put weight on her left back leg after chasing squirrels in the yard. She didn’t seem to be in pain, though, so I decided to look into surgery alternatives. I purchased this knee brace for her, and although the 1st one arrived wrong (different size and leg than I ordered), Shop swapped it out for the correct one quickly. I have been using it for a nightly miles-long walks, and she is no longer limping and is putting her full weight on the injured leg again. I’m going to go back to the vet for a check-up in a few months after we’ve had a chance to do some more rehab, but I think it’s allowing her to build back strength/scar tissue in her injured knee! The brace does want to slide off her butt when walking, so definitely either get the attaching harness or jury rig some way to attach the brace to a collar (like I did). It’s only been about a month but so far, I think this knee brace is doing its job.

Dog Double Elbow Brace

Our pup recently had his leg shaved for medical purposes, and would not stop licking the shaved site. It was becoming red and irritated, and the no lick sprays were not helping. This dog front elbow support was amazing - our pup was immediately comfortable in it, and allowed time for his shaved leg to become less irritated and heal. I am so glad we found this!
