Golden Retriever Dog Hip Brace for Hip Dysplasia

My dog started to lose stability in her back legs and I was desperate to find something that could help her. After some research I found this product and saw a similar sized dog of the same breed wearing a brace and the description matched exactly what I was looking for. I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. She wears it easily and does not feel restricted, which helps a lot with her mobility. The brace also helps us keep her stable with the harness which is a great feature to provide her with extra support. This brace has proven to be very handy and has been very effective in helping her regain her balance after a recent vestibular attack. I am really happy that it has greatly improved her quality of life.

This hip support belt really improves the dog's walking stability, especially after the hip joint problems, the dog seems to be more supported after wearing it. It is no longer so dragging when walking, and it feels a lot less painful. The only downside is that the price is a bit higher, a bit more expensive than other similar products. However, if it is of great help to the dog's health, I think the price is acceptable.

Dog Knee Brace for Back Leg Torn CCL

Our older spaniel stopped using a back leg recently and the vet thought it was a torn ACL but didn't recommend surgery so I grabbed this even at a bit of a steep price (I hovered over the stars on "value for money" - for its complexity and quality of construction it is worth this much). Wavering between two sizes I went big and should not have, it's a little large with hook and loop adjustments at their max, but it still works to give his leg support and mostly to keep him more cautious and from overusing it. Once you have everything on and adjusted - no small feat the first time! - it's quick and easy to get on with clips everywhere you need them. He hates it, but hopefully it'll be a relatively quick convalescence and this will have done its job. It seems to be helping so far, he's moving much more easily with it on and off. I have seen more "minimalist" models (that are also much cheaper) and may grab one of those for once he's mostly back in shape, just to protect it a bit longer but without putting him in the whole thing - if your dog's injury is less severe that may be an option.

Dog Hip Brace for Hind Leg

My 12 year old German Shepherd’s hind quarters are weak and very unstable. His back legs would cross and he had a very hard time getting up. His hind quarters would come crashing down on the floor and I would have to help him up. I bought this brace to see if it would help and it delivered! He is so much more stable and doesn’t fall. He gets up better and he is so much more mobile. He didn’t mind it at all when I put it on him, he knew instantly that it was helping him. I highly recommend this brace plus it was the cheapest option.
