- Yes, Our wheelchair is designed to allow pets to be able to urinate and defecate freely while in the wheelchair.
2、Can my pet lay down while in the wheelchair?
- Small dogs like Corgis, Dachshunds can lay down with the front end while in the rear support wheelchairs because they are low enough to the ground. Larger breeds cannot lay down as they would put too much of an angle and strain on the back.

6、What is your return policy?
- We offer a 30 day trial period for the refund. You have plenty of time to test the cart and send us pictures for evaluation. We always recommend doing our towel test before ordering a wheelchair as this will usually give you a good indication of how they will do in our rear support cart.
7、Are the foot slings, or stirrups, for holding the rear legs up off the ground included or extra?
- The foot slings are included with every wheelchair. These are for paralyzed pets that have no use of their rear legs. Every part needed for your cart is included in the box.
8、Can my pet use stairs in the wheelchair?
- Some pets can handle going down a step or two without having any issues as long as they have strong forelimb strength. To get up steps, you simply grab the back of the cart to help lift the wheels over the step. We recommend building a ramp for 3 steps or more.
9、How long will it take for my pet to get used to the wheelchair?
- Every pet is different. Some pets get used to the wheelchair instantly while others will need more time to get used to the actual sensation of being on wheelchair.
10、How long can my pet stay in the wheelchair?
- If your pet is just starting out on a wheelchair, we advise the short durations to get them used to and to exercise their forelegs. The basic regiman is a 10-minute session of walking and increase the use time appropriately on the next day.
- An important thing should notice that wheelchairs are not for long durations. After plenty of exercise activities, you could let them in the wheelchair more often.
11、Can the wheelchair be used in various terrains?
- Yes, you can take your wheelchair-bound pet to the beach, a grassy park or tramping in snow. But at the same time you need to keep an eye on your pet when it uses the wheelchair.

Hope; I don't normally leave reviews I'm a contractor so my time is always taken up. This company sure like any business it needs to substain profit to stay in business. but I'm going to take a leap of faith and say they are not doing this just for money these people truly care this device is built well it is not cheap it is easy to assemble and it gives most importantly Hope! It was worth every penny just to see my dog walk one time and now he's been using it for almost half a week and he's starting to love it. Thank you!

So great to see our boy walking and running again! We love this product! Hubs put it together easily. I included a video of when Duke Jack figured out he could walk again. He’s now taking long walks and playing fetch! Game changer!

My dog can go on walks again! Great product ! Our Bernese has DM has not gone for walks for the past 6 months now that he has lost ability to use his back legs we decided to take our vets advice and try a wheelchair. He adapted to the wheelchair very easily and we had no problems with assembly.

The old girl is hell on wheels now Bought this for my 14 year old lab who was having issues with her back legs. I assembled the wheelchair strapped her in and she was gone. She was wheeling herself everywhere and smiling and wagging her tail. She used it for a few months and now doesn't need it at this moment. The wheelchair helped rehabilitate her back legs so she is mobile on 4 legs again. The unit is well worth the price for your fur baby.
