Last month, I bought a pair of knee pads for Jack from LovePlusPet. But before I could unpack it, it was gone. Jack is an old dog I adopted from a shelter. He is 12 years old. His hind legs are a little weak and he trembles slightly when he walks. The doctor said it was arthritis and recommended reducing strenuous exercise and wearing knee pads for warmth and support. I ordered a pair of knee pads designed specifically for elderly dogs from LovePlusPet. They are soft and breathable with non-slip silicone strips. The customer service was very considerate. They asked Jack about his leg circumference and symptoms in detail and helped me choose the most suitable size. But just a few days after waiting for the express delivery, Jack suddenly stopped eating and drinking. I took him to the hospital for a check-up, and the doctor said that his life was coming to an end. Three days later, he passed away quietly in my arms. The day the knee pads arrived, Jack was gone. I contacted the customer service of LovePlusPet, and they said, "I'm sorry to hear this... If you like, you can donate the knee pads to a nearby stray animal shelter and we will give you a full refund." I was stunned. Not because of the refund, but because... they remembered.
