I originally bought the black model, but the customer service told me it was out of stock, so they changed it to the blue model. I just received it today, and it is really good.
Received a knee brace, a collar and instructions. The instructions are very useful and I can clearly understand how to put it on. I will use it on my Roy today.
The chest strap tends to slip down, and the company told me that I could tie it to the collar so it would stay in place. I found this to be a good idea.
I bought it for my puppy. I already bought the smallest size but it was still a little big, so they couldn't help me exchange it. I could only apply for a return. I got the refund soon after I sent the return. Thank you for your promptness.
