I got this support for my dog when injured her leg when playing, she was limping so much I thought it would possible vet time. I bought the XL for my 80 pound lab mix who had surgery on his elbow. It’s difficult to see in the pictures but it fit perfect! Arm sleeves are fully adjustable so it was a great fit with the surgical bandages and also when they were removed. Brace is made with a heavy neoprene that also offered some cushioning with the protection. My dog also didn’t seem to mind wearing so it must be comfortable. Highly recommend!

The Lispoo harness brace has given our Mr. Max 🐕, a new smile and bright eyes once again. Max has very bad arthritis in his right shoulder. Max cannot get up without taking a prescription, of Carprofen, twice daily. He's 15 years old, and weighs 45lb's. My wife and I are absolutely astonished with the immediate results! The Lispoo harness is giving Max enough support for quality business walks.
