  • Hinged Dog Double Leg Brace
The seams worked and she was only a year old so we just wanted to slow her down so her slipped kneecap could heal. She jumped off the back of the sofa chasing her tail and hurt her knee! Poor little puppet. But it only took her 6 hours to get used to the brace, and it kept her from hurting herself, but not from doing normal dog things like climbing stairs.

My dog hurt his knee playing with another dog, and limps intermittently when he over exerts himself. We got xrays done, vet thinks it's a ligament and referred me to a surgeon. As this is only intermittent, I'm trying him on rest, red light therapy, and a knee brace before trying surgery. He's a smart guy and hasn't tried to chew it off. He seems to have more confidence in the leg while wearing it on walks.

We had ordered the wrong size brace. The response when contacting Labra was less than 24 hours and they had responding by letting us know they had shipped out another brace, which by the way was the perfect fit. Couldn't ask for better service and the product is working out just fine. Thank you Labra, Jo

I went by the weight chart and its too loose for him. He is not obscenely overweight but he is a mix of 2 large breeds, he is shorter and stocky. I wish I could return it for the smaller size but he was able to nibble on it because its too loose. Next time i would choose a size smaller. He measured a large but I obviously needed a medium. I should’ve measured for his inner dog. He needs to lose about 5 lbs. it is made very well. He didn’t mind it too much after the initial weird walk for a bit.

  • Hinged Dog Double Leg Brace
My dog has suffered dislocations on and off for several years. According to the vet there is little we can do. We bought this brace hoping that it may give him some pain relief during a recent injury. Overall, I am happy with it. His leg is in a supported position. I was very shocked that the dog didn't tear it off as he is normally very rambunctious and tears everything up. I take that as a sign that it feels good on and it isn't bothering him.

They work great, I have a 12 year old labrador. It was a little uncomfortable the first time I put it on for her, but she liked it more and more after that. I could see how she was going up and down the steps, even jumping on the sofa.

I have a 100lb Lab that tore her ACL. I opted to try this brace in order to offer some support, while we weighed surgery to repair it. Mainly to help her get around on hardwood floors, and try to improve mobility as much as possible. The brace arrived, and it did fit snugly and was easy to put on.

However, it did slide downward quite a bit.....and was a mess when the dog would lay down and get back up. It was like constantly pulling up a pair of loose pants. More importantly, my dog did NOT like wearing it. I do realize they sell another device that connects to a harness to keep it from moving.......but it's simply another thing to put on. So, my review is neutral. Does it fit properly and snugly.....yes. Is it practical....for me, no. In the end, my dog did not get the surgery (due to age). After 5 LONG months, her ACL slowly healed naturally over time......and one day she just started to move around with ease. She probably healed back to 75/80%. But I think letting her leg move and heal naturally was the best thing to happen. Could this help a god with arthritis, possibly yes. But if you are in the ACL boat, this is my honest experience.
