And they sent me a replacement for the upgraded model. I am very happy that they did not charge me more. I am very grateful for their service.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can be a bit tricky to adjust the straps at first. But once you get it right, it works wonders.

I sent a WhatsApp to the customer service, and they told me that it might have been missed, and immediately helped me apply for a replacement 1. I received the replacement collar in about three or four days. I put the straps from the bracket around the collar so that he wouldn't fall down. I think this solved a lot of my problems, because my baby is very active, and if the collar is not fixed, the bracket will quickly accumulate on his legs. I would like to recommend to those who need to buy it that if your baby is more active, you should spend the extra ten dollars to buy the collar.
