My best friend had developed a pressure sore on his right front elbow. Put him in the elbow protector, which it didn’t seem to bother him, and within a few days the sore was healing nicely.
This knee brace proved to be a real game-changer for our older dog. I ordered one for each leg and receive the right leg first with just happened to be his worst leg the results were far better than I ever could have dreamed. The brace is made of high-quality materials and fit him perfectly and I with both braces he is so much more independent and so much happier. He had two torn ACL ligaments which at nearly 12 years of age the doctor said it wasn't worth risking putting him through the surgery. But these braces have really made a difference I just wish we would have found them a year ago excellent product!
I purchased this brace for my 10 year old beagle with a cruciate ligament problem. Without the brace he hobbles quite a lot but when he wears it he's a different dog. The product offers great support and seems to be comfortable.
This dog elbow brace was one of the best purchases we have made! Our lab had minor surgery on his arm and this was the only thing that prevented him from licking and biting at his stitches. It fit nice and comfortably and he never attempted to get out of it. His elbow healed perfectly.
As far as the product goes, I was pretty satisfied. It did the job I needed. My dog, on the other hand, figured out how to get out of it. Not sure if that’s a product flaw or not though?Maybe I need to do some bootstrapping
My geriatric mixed lab has a CCL tear and the vet did not recommend surgery due to age. I bought this because she couldn't carry any weight on her back legs and it helped her a lot.
We used this for an older Australian who has amazing back legs. This is easy to put on a bandage. Velcro makes putting on and taking off a breeze. I highly recommend this.
Bought for my Rottweiler that had a sore on the side of her elbow so she would not lick it … worked well left on during the day and took it off at night. She was only on 3 legs she had bone cancer in her front leg and couldn’t walk on it. This brace didn’t hinder her from movement
