I bought the upgraded model with the collar, and I only received the bracket at first. I sent a WhatsApp to the customer service, and they told me that it might have been missed, and immediately helped me apply for a replacement 1. I received the replacement collar in about three or four days. I put the straps from the bracket around the collar so that he wouldn't fall down. I think this solved a lot of my problems, because my baby is very active, and if the collar is not fixed, the bracket will quickly accumulate on his legs. I would like to recommend to those who need to buy it that if your baby is more active, you should spend the extra ten dollars to buy the collar.
