I needed a raincoat that covered my pup’s stomach because his “undercarriage” is so close to the ground that it gets filthy after a rain. It’s actually the second one I’ve bought. The first one was too short, so I gave it to a friend with a Shi Tzu and it is perfect for her. This one is the perfect length , but I did have to shorten the sleeves. As a non sewer, I was surprised at how easily I was able to alter it, and how great it protects him now. I definitely recommend this raincoat because it keeps him clean as well as dry.

The measurments are correct to go by. My dog is short but longer than usual so I did have to roll up the legs a little bit because she kept stepping on them. We love it! Wear it on rainy days so her belly doesn’t get soaked on the daily walk!

I couldn't be happier with this purchase. For reference, my dog is a Miniature Schnauzer Yorkie and I got her a Medium and it fits to perfection. She does not like to go outside when it rains and now she does not mind :) She gets covered from head to tail.
