This product is made from a thin mesh material. You wet it, and it keeps the dog cool the same way a wet t-shirt would. The problem is, it dries out in about 20 minutes in the house, and about 10 minutes outside,

The cooling vest for dog stays cool after wetting, as advertised which is nice. However, it ripped after the third wearing. My older dog wasn’t being overly active just changed positions and it was a loose fitting vest so it wasn’t too tight To make it rip. The fabric is very thin

My dog doesn't like to wear stuff, but this is so lightweight I think he's getting used to it. It made me feel a lot better having him wear this in the car when we are on rides-- too hot for the windows to be down, but not sure the AC gets back to him enough (and no, I never leave him in the car when I'm in a store). AND when he wasn't wearing it at home, I draped it around my neck and it felt great!
